By using INVICTUS, you agree to these terms. INVICTUS is a chapter management tool provided to help Divine 9 chapters coordinate events, meetings, tasks, finances, and member communication.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account. Chapter admins are responsible for managing member access and the accuracy of chapter data.
You agree not to misuse the platform, upload content you do not have rights to, or use the app to harass, discriminate, or violate the policies of your organization or applicable law.
Dues and other payments are facilitated through third-party providers. INVICTUS is not a party to those transactions and is not responsible for funds transferred outside the platform.
INVICTUS is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
